Zambales experiences knee-high floods, and chest-deep in Baseco, Manila. 

9,100 families are in almost 200 evacuation centers in LUzon.

while 11 are injured and 4 are missing.

Even with these outcomes due to flood, some residents still did not evacuate, especially the people in Marikina:
